After signing your contract, we’ll:

Confirm your preferred start date
Order materials (tile, shingles, underlayment, flashing, etc.)
Pull permits with your local city (Irvine, Costa Mesa, etc.)

📦 Step 2: Material Delivery & Job Prep

Timeline: 1–2 days before your project begins
We’ll schedule the delivery of roofing materials directly to your home. You may notice:

Shingles or tile stacked on the roof
A dumpster bin dropped off
Protective coverings around landscaping or entryways

📝 Tip: Move cars out of the driveway and clear outdoor furniture if possible.

🔨 Step 3: Tear-Off & Roof Installation
